AP Specialist

In this role you will be behind the scenes making everything in Accounts Payable go. You will be the tiny detail maker and enable this organization to run smoothly and stay in the good graces of their many valuable vendors and service providers.

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS? 

• 2+ years of AP Processing experience with high volume preferred 

• Solid excel skills 

• Outstanding desire to be accurate 

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?  

You will execute a rigid plan of how to process payables and document all actions while also keeping your eyes open for ways to enhance processes 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?     

• Processing of all purchase orders 

• Posting of AP and assist in forecasting all cash on hand needs 

• Vendor master data maintenance
