AR Specialist

Crucial role within the Accounts Receivable team for a company in the engineering industry. To be successful in this role you will need be exceptional at multi-tasking in this high-volume AR world. This client has a wonderful building with an energetic vibe and feel, but you will also be able to work remotely 2-3 times per week if you want to. This is a great opportunity for an experience AR Specialist that loves to stay busy and be part of a team.

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS THIS OPPORTUNITY?

• Direct hire role that pays up to $55,000 Annual Base Salary

• Days will fly by as you stay busy providing value to the AR process

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of experience with high volume AR

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred but no required

• Intermediate level skills in MS Excel

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 

You will bring a can do spirit to this busy role and be an integral part of the AR team while working yourself into an opportunity for promotions and a pay increases with your success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?    

• Setup projects in accounting software

• Research and review all relevant AR reports and find discrepancies and problems before they create issues

• Post cash receipts entries
