We are actively seeking an Account Executive/ Outside Sales professional responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals for direct hire, contract, and temp to hire assignments. Account Executive’s Responsibilities
The Account Executive will develop and grow new business within our Team1Medical, Healthcare division. Account Executive will target positions vary from Medical Assistant, Front Office Specialist, Laboratory, Nursing and Diagnostic Imaging. The goal of the Account Executive is to contribute to Team1Medical’s sales and profit goals by individually driving sales results.
  • Business development, negotiations, client relationship management, strategic selling and delivery oversight of assigned clients. 
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs and provide customized staffing solutions. 
  • Develop new client relationships 
  • Organize weekly marketing efforts utilizing the Weekly Activity Planner by developing and maintaining a Target Sales Pipeline. 
  • Active new customers in accordance with company policy including presentation and negotiations of company’s terms and conditions agreement
  • Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts through outside sales activities as directed by leadership.
  • From assigned clients by manager, leverage these existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities. 
  • Develop client referrals. 
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. 
  • Minimize customer attrition by continuing to grow customer relationships by adhering to the Customer Retention Scheduler. 
  • Maintain acceptable accounts receivables levels. Initiate collection calls as necessary
Account Executive’s Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree [will consider experience in lieu of education]
  • Experience: Proven track record of overachievement in a service-related industry. Minimum 2 years in the sales or staffing industry.  Healthcare industry experience helpful but not required
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the complex sales cycle.  2+  years related experience
  • Skills: People driven, strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adjust in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills both in-person and over the phone; Excellent listening, verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of clients, candidates as well as diverse clientele
  • Characteristics: Passionate, sense of urgency, high standard of professionalism, personable, and confident with the ability to be open and honest. A strong commitment to providing the highest levels of client service.
