The Reserves Network is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to work at a marketing company located on Cleveland’s Westside.
- Review all payable invoices for entry into the accounting software Compare against purchase orders and receivers for accuracy.
- Enter payable invoices and vouchers into the accounting system.
- Review receivable invoices for accuracy.
- Communicate discrepancies and inefficiencies to Accounting Manager.
- Prepare check runs.
- Previous experience as an accounting assistant is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Associates Degree in accounting or two years related experience and training.
- Ability to read purchase orders, estimates, invoices and vouchers.
