Reconcile monthly P-card Statements
Reconcile Temp Service invoices to timeclock reports for accurate payment.
Update and maintain records for vendors and customers
Sales & Use Tax Certificates
Sales & Use Tax Returns Monthly & Quarterly
Work with Controller on CIP Project spending and Project Closure
Fixed Asset System Maintenance.
Assist Controller with Ad Hoc Projects
Associate s degree in accounting/finance.
2-4 years experience in an accounting function
Basic knowledge of economics, finance and accounting
Multiple Healthcare Plans
