Accounts Payable

Local organization in the construction materials industry that is looking for an Accounts Payable expert to come in and really hit the ground running fast. In this role you will help process payables from A-Z and enable a clean accounting process across the department.

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS THIS OPPORTUNITY?

• Onsite and in office where you will be part of a collaborative and caring team

• Convenient location in Southwest Omaha with easy access to I-80

• Direct hire role paying between $20 - $23 per hour to start

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable processing

• Ability to use MS Excel with high proficiency for routine tasks such as data entry, sorting, using formulas, etc.

• Experience using an Accounting Software / ERP system

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 

You will enable a clean and compliant team execution process and earn the opportunity to be promoted within 2 years.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?    

• Help manage all purchase orders

• Play a lead role in processing all payables from order entry to vendor payment

• Backup other areas in Accounting
