Your New Role as an Administrative Aide:
Join a trusted and well-known health and human services organization in Houston, TX as the Administrative Aide. You will provide clerical and administrative support for the Lead-Based Paint staff and BCCEH teams. The Administrative Aide will also be responsible for compiling and processing data to maintain routine reports, tabulating and preparing periodic reports, organizing, and maintaining record-keeping systems, and researching a prepared sample report. You will profoundly impact this organization when putting your best foot forward by showcasing your administrative skills.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.

Administrative Aide Experience and Skills:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 3 years of administrative or customer service-related experience is required
  • A valid Texas Driver’s License is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
