Our client has been an industry leader in the Brunswick area, providing sales and marketing support to clients for 25 years. Due to office growth, we are currently searching for professional candidates to fill this Administrative Assistant position.
Log and track all client requests.
Assist with all documentation of daily processes.
Answer inbound phone lines related to clients supply request.
Manage monthly reports.
Work closely with management, IT, and staff.
Follow up and ensure that all clients requests are handled at a timely manner.
Coordinate broker mailings and special reports.
Monitor accuracy and quality of all outgoing printed material for clients.
Experience office protocol.
Strong Excel and Word background.
Exceptional customer service phone skills.
