Premier Mentor area manufacturer has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator.
8AM 5PM Monday through Friday
3-4 month assignment
Audit and organize employee files
Assist with scheduling, recruiting activities, including job fairs
Reorganize facility bulletin boards and postings
Assist with converting job description information into standard templates and conduct inventory of current job descriptions
2-3 years of office coordinator / administrative experience required, preferably working in human resources or a legal department
Must be self-motivated
Experience with effectively handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel
Excellent typing and organizational skills
