3 to 5 years of current Administrative Assistant experience is required.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, above average written and verbal communication skills, experience with recording and transcribing meeting minutes, manage and maintain supervisor's calendar, facilitates arrangements for meetings, programs and travel, compiles and facilitates the documents for check request and expense reports. Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies, assist with coordination and creation of presentation materials, research/run reports and statistical information utilizing the department. Must be able to meet deadlines, be well organized and prioritize.
