Administrative Professional needed to work for a non-profit community service organization, supporting the Corporate Headquarters staff.
Must possess the following requirements:
Related college courses and / or Advanced Secretarial certifications and a minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude at all times
Demonstrated above average written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on composition, grammer and punctuation.
Professional telephone presence, protocol and follow-up
Proficient with MS OFFICE and other related software ( MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT) A MUST
Demonstrated proactive, positive and professional interpersonal skills- a flexible team player
Demonstrated above average punctuality and attendance record and availability for after-hours work when requested to do so
