An executive relocation company is looking for an assistant account manager to join their team in West Omaha, NE. Duties of the assistant account manager:
- Review and audit expenses with account managers and vendors
- Follow up on discrepancies
- Interacting with clients and following up on outstanding items
- Place orders, follow-up and process payments for outsourced relocation services
- Maintain files in an orderly fashion
Qualifications of the assistant account manager:
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and manage last minute requests
- Able to work with numbers quickly and accurately
- Previous claims processing, underwriting, banking, or billing experience is a plus
