Your New Role:
Join a leading public health clinic in the Uptown Galleria area of Houston, TX. As the Call Center Agent, you will have a profound impact on the patient experience as you answer incoming calls, schedule WIC appointments, and handle requests from the public about formula exchanges, complaints, and other general information questions.
Work Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- One year of experience in a clerical, medical office, or customer service is required; WIC and Call Center work experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Must be able to type more than 25 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required
