CNC Operator

The Reserves Network is currently hiring CNC Operator for a manufacturing company in Largo, FL. As the CNC Operator, you will produce machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) mill machine.

What you will do:

Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces.
Maintain specifications by observing, drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations.
Take measurements, detect malfunctions, troubleshoot processes, adjust and reprogram controls, sharpen and replace worn tools.
Document actions by completing production and quality logs.

What you will need:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience operating CNC machines. (HAAS Preferred)
Working knowledge of G-Codes and running close tolerance, highly cosmetic parts.
Exhibit a strong attention to detail, with high accuracy of work.
Ability to adjust quickly as requirements change.
