CNC Operator

We have partnered with a leading gear manufacturing company in Akron Ohio. If you are looking to be a part of a growing team then this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up
Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified
Conduct all programming as required
Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met
Perform all necessary machine maintenance
Follow safety standards at all times
Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately
Keep all work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions
Ability to pass background check

Competitive salary starting at $18.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience
Monday- Friday Work Week with OT as needed
