Your New Role: 
Join an innovative and game-changing non-profit organization based in Houston, TX as the Part-Time Events Coordinator. You will oversee the conference center operations for evening and Saturday events by setting up and breaking down audio-visual equipment, along with fixing minor troubleshooting issues. With your strong audio-visual skills, you will have a profound impact on becoming a part of a team whose main priority is to service the Houston community. 

Work Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Your Experience
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Essential knowledge of audio-visual (AV) equipment and minor troubleshooting is required
  • A Valid Texas Driver’s License and proof of insurance is required
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills are required
  • Must have the ability to use standard office equipment (i.e., copiers, printers, scanners, etc.)
