Our client in Vermilion, has an immediate openings for an Administrative Assistant. We are currently searching for motivated, dedicated, experienced candidates to fill their open positions.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Creating Purchase Orders & Invoicing
Software program (industry specific will train)
Filing of all aforementioned documents
Other duties as assigned
Computer savvy; experience with Microsoft Office.
Reliable; attendance is critical.
Mechanical background (+) ideal not required.
Construction background would be ideal (+) not required.
Invoicing: 1 year
Office Assistant: 1 year
Customer Service: 1 year
Data Entry: 1 year
High School Diploma/GED
Prescreen testing required
$11.00-13.00/Hour depending on experience
Paid Weekly/ Direct Deposit/ Pay Cards
Hours: 8:00am 5:00 pm; M-F
