Collections Customer Service Representative
Job Description
- Take inbound calls collect payment information, and update customer toll road accounts.
- Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely period.
- Utilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras.
- 1-2 years of recent call center or collections experience; collections experience is a strong plus.
- Typing or data entry skills (35 + WPM or 6500 kph)
- Essential customer service skills and a professional attitude are always inviting.
- Must be punctual by arriving on time.
- Dispute resolution skills are a huge plus.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday – Relax on weekends Enjoy family time during the weekend.
