Our client has been in the medical industry over 30 years, serving the Tampa and surrounding areas. Due to office growth we are currently searching for dedicated team player to join our team.
Working within a call center taking calls from medical representatives
Answer incoming Communications Services phone lines.
Participate in a departmental quality assurance schedule.
Complete and maintain Daily Call Schedule forms.
Provide phone coverage for other departments during meetings, seminars, and early closures.
Communicate and pass on temporary information to fellow Communications Coordinators.
Research registries, and provide documentation to coordinators.
Will be required to work 3rd Shift( 12 midnight - 8:00 AM )
Must be comfortable speaking with hospital representatives on a daily basis
Data Entry of data received from hospital representatives
Typing 40 wpm ( will be tested )
Must be able to take direction from staff during the training process and not afraid to ask questions
Excellent time management skills.
