Construction Adm. Coordinator 
Are you ready to join an expanding, leading construction company? Our new customer located in Villa Park is seeking an Administrative Coordinator candidate who is energetic and seeking a career path. 
What you will do:
  • Office support/ administrative duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, and filling.
  • Contacting and following up with sub-contractors. 
  • Email quotes and checklist.
  • Obtaining scope of work from customers. 
  • Light business-to-business collections. 
What you need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of construction experience within hands–on as an Office/administrative or any relative experience. 
  • Good work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn/improve.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite and Smart Sheet.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
