What Matters Most in This Role as the Credentialing CoordinatorCredentialing Coordinator:
  • Pay $23.00/hour. 
  • Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm ET schedule 
  • Benefits offered: medical, dental, and vision.
  • 12-month contract 
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
Your New Role as the Credentialing Coordinator:
  • Assists with the credentialing review process from processing the pre-application to reviewing the completed credentials file in the Medical Staff Office for Board approval.
  • Disseminates credentials information and coordinates individual privilege requests and issues.
  • Updates approval status and privileges in the database
  • Provides verification to outside entities requesting verification of facility affiliation.
  • Processes credentialing applications and documentation
  • Verifies and authenticates clinician credentials and documentation.
  • Ensures all credentialing files meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  • Corresponds with applicants regarding any missing or incomplete information.
Your Experience as the Credentialing Coordinator:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years credentialing and/or medical staff
  • experience and healthcare experience.
  • Associate degree or
  • minimum of 5-10 years in medical staff services
  • field.
