Our client located in Tampa, Fl is seeking " Quality Assurance Team members"with previous call center experience. This person will be responsible for the monitoring call center agents interactions insuring compliance and accordance with products and disclosures of products.

The QA Team Member will be conducting quality assessments of the calls of others as part of their role, Entering information on how the agent preformed, providing feedback to managment team so additional training can be provided.

Pay rate - $14.00 -14.50

Work Hours:  8:30AM - 5:00PM ( with possible OT)

Work Days:  Monday - Friday
