Customer Care Coordinator’s Responsibilities:
  • Save, scanand accurately file project related documents using the company network drives.
  • Track and process invoices and payments for third party companies and vendors.
  • Obtain, process, fileand track utility payments.
  • Assure proper coding for all fees and invoices
  • Assist department coordinators and distribute process updates and agendas.
  • Ensure all data and documents are organized and filed properly.
 
Customer Care Coordinator’s Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • minimum of two years previous administration experience related to homebuilding preferredStrong organization skills, attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task and be self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.
