Job Description

This company is a leading global provider of energy and data transmission solutions to commercial clients and has been operating for over 70 years. They are looking to add a sales support customer service representative to their close-knit team! 


Duties of the customer service / sales support rep: 

  • Receive and respond to up to 75 calls and emails/day from clients regarding orders 

  • Check and relay shipment status and tracking information on shipped orders 

  • Confirm order receipt via fax and email 

  • Enter and address customer complaints and concerns 

  • Make corrections on orders in the system that have not been shipped 

  • Work closely with sales teams to help orders meet customer requirements 

Requirements of the customer service / sales support rep: 

  • Typing speed of 50 wpm 

  • 2 years customer service experience 

  • Post high school education preferred 

Perks of the customer service / sales support rep: 

  • M-F 8am-5pm schedule 

  • Pay starting at $18/hour
