Job Description
This company is a leading global provider of energy and data transmission solutions to commercial clients and has been operating for over 70 years. They are looking to add a sales support customer service representative to their close-knit team!
Duties of the customer service / sales support rep:
Receive and respond to up to 75 calls and emails/day from clients regarding orders
Check and relay shipment status and tracking information on shipped orders
Confirm order receipt via fax and email
Enter and address customer complaints and concerns
Make corrections on orders in the system that have not been shipped
Work closely with sales teams to help orders meet customer requirements
Requirements of the customer service / sales support rep:
Typing speed of 50 wpm
2 years customer service experience
Post high school education preferred
Perks of the customer service / sales support rep:
M-F 8am-5pm schedule
Pay starting at $18/hour
