Hours: M-F, 9:30 6 pm.
Answer inbound pharmacy calls in a timely manner.
Follows Contact Center policies and procedures when completing assigned tasks.
Assist with data entry as needed.
Assist with new PCC training.
Troubleshoot customer issues and/or escalate to store RPh or Lead PCC as necessary.
Be proficient within PioneerRx pharmacy software.
Send out intra-office communications via email as appropriate.
Special projects as assigned.
Assist with coverage of store level shifts as available.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) preferred, but not required; community or outpatient pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
Meeting the qualifications of the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy for a registered technician.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate well verbally and through written means with employees, patients and prescribers, ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time, ability to utilize a computer for extended periods of time, ability to regularly lift and/or move up to I 0 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with workload.
