Customer Service Representative

What You Will Do:

Timely processing of purchase orders for shipment preparation
Timely processing of customer inquiries via e-mail, including delegating inquires to other CSR’s and PMI personnel
Handle customer phone calls pertaining to placing orders, product inquiries, and general FAQ’s about the company and product

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
2+ years of Customer Service experience in a plastics manufacturing setting
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook
