Customer Service
Leading manufacturer in Lake County currently seeking a Customer Service candidate to join their team. Great environment in a call center type setting.
Customer Service duties include:
- Work as a team member in department and directly with customers via phone and email
- Ability to enter 30-40 orders daily, answer 50-100 calls
- Perform other light clerical duties as needed
Customer Service requirements include:
- Two or more years’ experience in Customer Service or prior call center experience
- Minimum 35-40 wpm typing
- Experience with multi-line phones and basic office equipment
- Three years or more experience with computer functions (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible to work rotating schedule of 7:30am – 5:30pm.
- Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service benefits:
- $16/hr. based on experience
