Customer Service Representative
Our client in Strongsville is currently searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is a motived self-starter to fill their open position. Pay rate is $20/hour. This is an indefinite temporary position.
Provide fast and accurate processing of orders, inquiries and complaints in an inbound call center environment.
Review, record and process orders and inquiries by phone/fax/internet.
Timely communication with customers...
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Own, manage, maintain and update customer files.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
College degree or at least two years manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Strong time management skills.
Solid critical thinking skills.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus, JD Edwards a plus.
