What You Will Do:
- Take inbound calls from customers
- Interact over the phone with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products.
- Take and enter orders
- Handle and resolve complaints.
- Make recommendations for products.
What You Need:
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers technical information regarding their products. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including basic computer skills.
- Solid critical thinking skills.
