Customer Service Call Center Representatives
$14 - $22/ hr.
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

We have a variety of Customer Service and Call Center positions throughout the Greater Houston area. We are seeking representatives who understand the value of being professional while offering customer service to our clients and their customers.
 Basic Customer Service and Call Center Representative Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls, handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and/or solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.
  • Reach out to customers via email and telephone to verify account information.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their services or assistance.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, answering insurance claims questions, fulfilling refunds or updating accounts. 
  • Upgrade and cancel customer accounts by customer request.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and medical billing.
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
 Representative Skills Needed:
  • One year of general office exposure
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Typing speed 35+ WPM 
  • MS Office, Word, and/or Excel
  • Great active listening skills and exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
