Customer Service Representative


Our client has been providing award-winning contact center and BPO solutions for over 18 years.  Due to peak season demand, we are currently searching for dependable and customer-focused candidates to fill their open Customer Service Representative positions in their Clearwater call center. Since they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, candidates with flexibility in their schedule are highly desired!


Duties include:

         Assist customers with placing online orders

         Deescalating situations that arise from missing or damaged shipments

         Offering assistance and guidance for the various product lines

         Certain product lines will allow for additional creativity through educating and assisting customers.


Requirements include:

         Must be able to sit for long periods of time

         Must be able to maintain focus while conversations are going on around you

         Must present a friendly and approachable personality on the phone

         Must be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute (higher requirements on some lines)

         Must possess proper grammar abilities and be able to form coherent sentences.
