Member Service Specialist


Our client has been a full service financial institution leader in the state of Ohio for over 87 years.  Due to company growth, we are currently searching for motivated, self-starter candidates to fill their open positions.


Duties include:

         Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to appropriate parties or take care of the callers needs.

         Greet visitors.

         Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining and managing database systems (Address changes, etc.) and performing basic computer skills.

         Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.


Requirements include:

         Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records as well as other office procedures.

         Intermediate computer skills required.

         Customer Service experience.

         Cash handling experience

         Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.

         Excellent time management skills.
