Customer Service Representatives [Marketplace]
$16/hrNonbilingual | $16.50/hr. Bilingual 
South Loop West 290 area
8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday – Friday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturdays
Important: Must attend a 3-week paid training class
 
 
We are seeking a group of Customer Service Representatives to assist with outbound calls regarding marketplace options. You will have the pleasure of contacting existing members who need to recertify healthcare benefits with the state by providing callers with options.  Enjoy gaining new skills by attending the upcoming group training. Benefit from a great training program.
 
 First Three (3) Weeks Training Schedule
Mandatory Attendance: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
 
AFTER TRAINING: Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the following business hours during the Open Enrollment Period.
 •    8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday – Friday
•    8:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturdays
 
What You Will Need:
  • Call Center experience outbound or inbound
  • Bilingual a huge plus
  • Accuracy, communication skills, detailed oriented, documentation skills using professional customer service skills
  • Technical, scheduling, and cashiering experience a huge plus
  • Answering phone calls and ability to provide healthcare options 
  • General typing and data entry
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Must attend the entire training session
