The Reserves Network is partnered with a telecommunications company that has been serving middle and western Nebraska for 50 years by installing and repairing telecommunications and electrical infrastructure. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a customer service representative. Duties of the customer service representative:
- Answer high volume calls from customers to address concerns and answer questions
- Address questions about billing statements and service related inquiries
- Research problems when necessary and communicate with internal parties to gather necessary information
- Document calls in the system and ensure prompt and positive service

- M-F daytime schedule
- Pay starting at $20/hour
