- Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to address inquiries, ensuring a compassionate and patient approach in all interactions.
- Manage Group Administration tasks, encompassing tasks like new case setup, policy issuance, billing, premium collection, and reconciliation, along with processing policy changes for small cases.
- Leverage your problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and take decisive action within established guidelines, nurturing customer loyalty and maintaining case integrity.
- Successfully handle and complete special projects and assignments within defined timelines.
- Undertake administrative duties for assigned groups, managing accounts through email and phone correspondence.
- Pay $17/hour
- Traditional Monday-Friday daytime schedule
