We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our Policy Services Team as Customer Services Representatives. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our mission, taking on crucial responsibilities that contribute to the success of our business.

Duties of the customer service representative:

Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to address inquiries, ensuring a compassionate and patient approach in all interactions.
Manage Group Administration tasks, encompassing tasks like new case setup, policy issuance, billing, premium collection, and reconciliation, along with processing policy changes for small cases.
Leverage your problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and take decisive action within established guidelines, nurturing customer loyalty and maintaining case integrity.
Successfully handle and complete special projects and assignments within defined timelines.
Undertake administrative duties for assigned groups, managing accounts through email and phone correspondence.

Traditional Monday-Friday daytime schedule
