Your New Role:
Create and update cases, ensure they move through the process as required in compliance with company requirements and organization's defined standards.
Collaborate with other teams, updating information and documentation to provide patients with most current information about coverage and treatment plans.
2+ years previous customer service work experience, experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office, email, Salesforce CRM, and web-based applications.
Strong ability to multi-task and strong time management skills.
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environment either on the phone or in person.
Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching.
