Customer Service Representative
 
The Reserves Network is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a busy manufacturer in Winter Springs, FLAs a customer service representative, you will be supporting customers as a first point of contact and resolving questions concerning their accounts. You will be relied upon to actively listen to callers and utilize your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a world-class experience across every interaction you have with them. In this role you will not only be there to help customers with their account issues via telephone, email and/or website inquiries, but also provide them with exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing:
  • To guarantee the accuracy of all order processing documentation (written, entered, printed and filed).  
  • Immediate and accurate order taking, recording and data entry, identification of payment terms when required: International orders, credit holds, faxed order acknowledgement when required.
  • Availability for incoming customer phone calls, timely and accurate order placement, order information, shipping documentation, expedite priority requests, maintaining updated product information, professional customer treatment.  
  • Complete customer/sales telephone coverage for incoming phone calls for assigned region.
  • Immediate or same day response (via email or phone) to customer inquiry of sales order, delivery, availability, pricing and product information, international inquiries 24 hr. maximum response.
  • Daily review of backordered shipments from packing slips and regeneration of picking slips.
  • Tracking customer shipments on hold and follow up notifications when required.
 
 
What you will need:
  • Schedule 9:30am – 6:30pm
  • Previous Customer Service Experience.
  • Ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms to ensure customer understanding.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease.
  • Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue.
  • Are excited by innovative technology.
  • Provide calm conflict resolution and problem solving for frustrated customers.
