Our client has been a global leader of the Construction industry over 100 years. Due to office growth, we are currently searching for a motivated Sales Service Support candidate to fill their open positions.
Order creation, Reconfirmation, Delivery creation and shipment creation of products
Take customer orders ( via Call / Email ) to include product needed, timeframe needed and price constraints
Find the product availability and enter the order and confirm
Manage any changes to the order to include timeframe, price, product quantity, etc. and ensure customer is aware of impact of changes ( effectively manage your book of business)
Create the shipment schedule and confirm order.
Be ware of forecast sales targets and communicate with inside/outside sales reps
Obtaining the order, identify cross sell and upsell opportunities with customers based on trends and prior orders ( make suggestions, no specific quota or territory responsibility)
Coordinate with Fulfillment and Customer Service Managers to find availability of materials and find alternatives to fulfill order for customer
Create account set up details to include credit, logistics and production or products
Generate internal / external reports to understand order status and identify gaps
Open and process customer complaints (price, quality and logistics) to include follow-up
College Degree 2 and/ or 4 yr degree
SAP experience preferred
Great attitude and eager.
Experience working on a team dealing with people.
Someone with some decision making experience in a previous position.
MS Office Proficient
MS Outlook / Excel proficient ( working with Pivot Tables ) and is familiar and/or comfortable working with technology.
