Your New Role:
- Enter customer orders into the company’s proprietary system
- Assure all aspects of customer’s job orders and tickets are addressed in the database
- Communicate with customers on items needed for order clarity and accuracy
- Track and manage new orders and reorders
Your Experience:
- High School or GED required
- 1 year of customer service experience
