Data Analyst

Truly unique Data Analyst role here for a family owned bank in Lincoln. In this role you will help the organization leverage its massive amount of customer and other historical data to make better decisions on current and future business strategy. If you have amazing skills in systems such as Power BI & Cognos you may be exactly what this financial institution needs.

• Direct hire role that will pay between $80,000 – $100,000 annual base salary

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting or other relevant experience

• Must have 4+ years of intensive data analysis experience using Power BI and/or Cognos

• Prefer experience in banking

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 

Your work will lead better overall strategy and customer care for the bank

WHAT WILL YOU DO?    

• Creation of performance based dashboards for the bank using Cognos or Power BI

• Creation of effective financial reporting packages across the bank

• Communicate with business unit leaders to determine the proper metrics of performance within their areas
