Job Description
Play a pivotal role in identifying and solving workstation hardware and software problems when you step into the position of IT Desktop Analyst.
What Matters Most:
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $40 with some flexibility based on skills and experience
- 1-year Contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or option to hire
- Hybrid position working onsite 50% of the time in Omaha, NE
- Work Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday, flexible start/end times
- 3+ years related work experience is required
Your New Role:
Join a dynamic insurance organization based in Omaha, NE as an IT Desktop Analyst. This is an important role where you will play a key part on the team as you:
- Identify and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software problems.
- Respond to, research, and resolve questions received through the Service Desk.
- Train employees in the use of computer equipment and related software in informal sessions.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years related work experience in a relevant field
- Experience with:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Remote Support Tools
- ITSM Tools
- VPN Products
- Strong troubleshooting ability
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of deployment tools and remote management software
- O365 knowledge and experience
