• Office 365/Azure
• Printer Setup and Management
• Workstations Setup and Management
• Window 7, 10, 11
• Active Directory
• Understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP, WAN, LAN
• VPN  

WHAT WILL YOU DO?   

• Providing frontline support for end-users via phone and service desk.
• Troubleshooting problems and providing technical support for software and hardware to clients.
• Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and incidents.
• Developing standard operating processes and procedures to promote consistency.
• Setting up/configuring computers, user creation and accounts.
• Maintaining compliance with software licensing and inventory.
• Performing hands-on fixes at the desktop level including installing/upgrading software, hardware, implementing file backups and configuration of systems and applications
