DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university. (MBA – Preferred) 
  • 3 years of experience working in Sales Manufacturing / Customer Service/ Direct Sales industry 
  • P&L knowledge and responsibility 
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our operations, focusing on business development and sales strategies. This multifaceted position requires a visionary leader who can balance the responsibilities of operations, sales growth, and strategic planning.
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO?   
  • Monitor and analyze the organization’s budget and financial reports and collaborate with department management to develop financial plans
  • Set Sales plans & and strategies using sales trend analysis and the break-even analysis as tools to project sales and strategies to achieve those sales.
  • Manage the sales functions, including soliciting, quoting, receiving, costing and pricing, time schedule, and monitoring status
  • Strategic business planning and Strategic outlook for business development
  • Review and approve; determine profit percentage; estimate delivery date
  • Manage and enhance the production facility, equipment, and resources to meet production goals and ensure quality standards
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and maintaining strong customer relationships
