Salary: $65-80K DOE

A privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking an Extrusion Supervisor to lead their busy operations. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time, so they are looking to add to their team! 

Position Overview:  

As Extrusion Supervisor, you would initially begin with training of the extrusion process and equipment. After training, the supervisor will be responsible for the safety, production, and quality of an entire extrusion press line and its team. Management from 15 to 50 people is possible in this role, so good management skills are a must. Maintain and increase production through equipment reliability, improving manufacturing practices, systems and teams, while achieving and improving our high-quality standard.  

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree
• 5+ plus years manufacturing experience (Negotiable) 
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge
