Job Description

The reserves Network has partnered Real Estate company to hire a Facilities Manager for their West Omaha office. The Facilities Manager will be responsible  the overall maintenance for the building. This will include changing of light bulbs, light electrical work and setting up conference rooms for corporate meetings. This is a Monday - Friday position. 

Facilities Manager Pay: 
$26-$29 per hour 

Facilities Manager Responsibilities: 
-Oversee building and grounds maintenance 
-Oversee building and grounds maintenance 
-Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained throughout
-Set up conference rooms for corporate meetings
-Manages and reviews service contracts
-Conducts and documents all facility inspections 
-Checks work completed by vendors
-Forecasts, allocates and supervises the financial and physical resources for facility 

Facilities Manager Qualifications: 
-3 years of Facilities Management experience 
-Light electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience
-Contract negotiations 
-Customer Service 
-High school diploma or equivalent
