As the Financial Reporting Supervisor (or Assistant Director-depending on experience), you'll work on one of the specialty teams in the organization as a working manager. You will complete reporting, analysis, and general accounting, and manage the work of your team.

Approximately 50 hours a week - fluctuates depending on times of the month. quarter, year - flexibility if something comes up at home
$80K - $100K with some flexibility based on skills and experience and depending on the level of position considered for

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Bachelor’s degree required
Supervisory/management experience required
Min 5 years (more for higher level) of general accounting experience required - (debits/credits, financial statements, close, reconciliations, etc)
Excellent time management, leadership, communication, and collaborative skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage a team of 5-10 individuals in accounting functions
Manage financial processes: financial statements, GL, reporting, month-end close, etc
Review current processes and procedures and communicate and make potential adjustments as needed
