Front Desk Customer Service Representative
Work for our local Headstart Program with a schedule that will get you home for the kids after school and keep your weekend time with family and friends undisturbed.
We have partnered with a leading family enrichment and assistance program located in Columbus, Georgia who is seeking an experienced Front Desk CSR to join a successful and growing team. 

As the front desk associate, you will be the face of the company and the first impression of the services they provide. In this position you will be responsible for reception and greeting all clients and families of the program. What you will do: 
  • Answer incoming calls and greet all clients/families.
  • Maintain front desk and reception areas.
  • Assist with supply tracking and ordering.
  • Complete, gather information and account for required forms.
  • Copy all verification documents.
  • Notify applicants of the status of their application.
  • Verify all applicant/households meet income requirements. 
Essential Functions:
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers (internal and external), vendors, partners, and the general public.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply general office skills such as: organize and maintain files, records and documents.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, as well as good interpersonal skills required.
    Incumbent is regularly required to walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. Occasionally required to stand, climb, balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to twenty five (25) pounds.  Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

What you need: 
  • Must be fully vaccinated (Covid-19)
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Related experience and training.
  • Proficient use of office equipment such as P.C., telephone system, calculators, fax machines and copy machines.
