Senior HRIS Data Analyst [ Hybrid After Training]
$40 - $55/hr.  | South Loop West
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Contract 6 months+

Are you interested in helping departments drive HR alignment, and improve organizational and human resource performance?  We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to assist an HR team in organizing and optimizing the performance of HR systems for a special project. HRIS Analyst responsibilities include gathering data, improving the performance of various HRIS systems, and making recommendations to improve performance metrics to ensure this healthcare organization is performing as efficiently as possible. 
What You Will Do:
  • Recommend new/enhanced solutions and workflow processes to increase operating efficiency 
  • Identify business process improvements through technology
  • Evaluate procedures, and business requirements and make recommendations to optimize efficiency 
  • Provide analytical and project support 
  • Develop PeopleSoft queries, and maintain clear, concise, and unambiguous documentation
  • Recommend and resolve integrated process issues and escalate issues appropriately and expeditiously 
 What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree
  • Seven (7 ) years of HRIS Analytics
  • PeopleSoft experience
  • Proof of COVID vaccinations
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • STRONG Data Management, and analytic skills, and understands the HR process and systems
  • Access Database (nice to have)
  • Power BI experience is a huge plus
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures
