WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
• CONTRACT
• Hybrid preferred (working in office Mondays and Fridays) / Remote considered
• Business hours Monday – Friday
• HOURLY PAY RATE with some flexibility based on skills and experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior HRIS experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Lawson HRMS system or other HRMS systems required
• Strong analytical / problem-solving skills required
• Ability to work well within a team
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Deliver second-tier HRIS support of the Lawson and Global HR systems, resolving issues and/or brokering with key partners to achieve resolution
• Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities
• Interact and effectively communicate with internal business partners, IT&S and the support teams for our software vendors, while troubleshooting functional system issues
• Develop, revise and maintain content-specific education programs as assigned, in conjunction with experts from the field
• Develop and deliver HR systems training for core user groups
• Additional duties as defined in job description
