Your New Role:

Join a well respected organization based in Nashville, TN as the HRIS Solutions Analyst. You will troubleshoot reported functional system issues, assist with system configuration and setup, and identify system usage patterns. With your strong HRIS skills, you will have a profound impact interacting and effectively communicating with internal business partners, IT&S and the support teams for various software vendors, while troubleshooting functional system issues.

You will work alongside a collaborative team that is committed upholding exceptional stakeholder relationships by providing proactive communication. This role will be an integral team member assisting with the development and maintenance of HRIS process documentation and assist with testing and implementation of patch upgrades and custom enhancements.

Your Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of HRIS experience
Working knowledge of PeopleFluent or other Talent Management Systems
Broad knowledge of HR concepts and terminology
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
